We all know we need to be eating better foods – local, organic, local and organic, humanely raised meat, wild and well-caught fish, packaged foods containing five pronounceable ingredients or less – but they're not always so easy to find. Or it's not always so easy to motivate to find them. Think of this like you think of New Year's resolutions. Choose your own personal goal – make it attainable for better success – and then together we'll methodically get you there. Keep in mind that any conscious steps are better than no conscious steps – 10 percent is better than no percent.

2nd ANNUAL SOCCER GEAR DRIVE FOR AFRICAN ORPHANS
Hello, I’m Bradley Oesch and I'm a senior at Faith Christian School in Grapevine. I am again collecting new and gently used soccer equipment for the orphans who come to Camp LIFE in Zambia, Africa.
For those who are new, Camp LIFE is part of Family Legacy Missions International, run by the Kendall family in Coppell. The kids will love and appreciate anything you give to them. My friend Jonathan Kendall, who helps run Camp LIFE with his family, shared with me last year that the kids love the game of soccer and have shared a single pair of shin guards between all of them, switching off and wearing one at a time. They now have an official field to play on so it will be great timing!
Here's what to do:
Forward this email to your soccer teams and friends in the area to spread the word!
Donate new or gently used soccer gear of any size for boys or girls (cleats, socks, shin guards, uniforms -- no balls needed)
Cash donations in the form of a check can be made to 'Family Legacy.'
When: By Sunday January 23rd
Where/How? Leave your donated items in the container on my front porch at 129 Sand Point Ct. Coppell, TX 75019.
