Camp de Cine en Las Colinas

DFS SUMMER FILM CAMP The Dallas Film Society is offering a weeklong film workshop for kids ages 14-18. Industry professionals will teach kids tricks of the trade, give pointers about different aspects of the film industry. Campers will experience the world of film! Camp will be held at The Studios at Las Colinas, July 11-15, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Campers will participate in sessions on Storyboard and Animation, Costume Magic and Set Design, Sound Design, and Cinematography and Lighting. In addition, they will receive hands-on experience with cameras and editing software, participate in unique experiences not found in any classroom, learn film production and the basic techniques of filmmaking at one of Dallas' largest sound stages.
