Curso de defensa propia para mujeres

Nuestra amiga Julie Richey fue con su hija de 16 ahnos y nos los recomienda ampliamente.

Irving PAL is hosting its 2nd Rape Aggression Defense (RAD) class for women (13 years and older).
There are only 35 spots available .
The Rape Aggression Defense System is a program of realistic self-defense tactics and techniques.  It is a comprehensive, women-only course that begins with awareness, prevention, risk reduction and risk avoidance, while progressing on to the basics of hands-on defense training.  R.A.D. is not a Martial Arts program.

Our classes are taught by a nationally certified R.A.D. Instructor and students are provided with a workbook/reference manual.
