The Bath House Cultural Center


Located on the shores of beautiful White Rock Lake, the Bath House Cultural Center is a welcoming venue for visual and performing artists from an array of backgrounds. The historic, Art Deco style Bath House houses a 116-seat black-box theater, three gallery spaces, the White Rock Lake Museum, and a number of multipurpose spaces.

The Bath House Cultural Center is dedicated to fostering the growth, development, and quality of multicultural arts within the city of Dallas by emphasizing innovative visual and performing arts as well as other multidisciplinary arts events.

The theater group of the Centro Argentino DFW presents La Fiaca, a work of Ricardo Talesnik. Synopsis: Nestor is an employee as anyone living a life of daily routine. But one day he decides he is not going to work - he feels "lazy." Soon there will occur a series of conflicts involving his wife, Marta, the Mama, Peralta the co-worker, Jauregui the head of Human Resources and finally Balbiani the General Manager. This comedy presents a parable about life, relationships and work within our society and how far our frustrations and disappointments can take us.
