Oportunidad de trabajo en Puerto Rico con Clarins

We are currently seeking an Account Executive for Puerto Rico to contribute to the development of the Clarins and Clarins Fragrance Group brands using all available tools to achieve sales department goals, develop sales personnel, and implement marketing and merchandising initiatives.

Overall Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Manage and recruit Account Development Specialist, Therapists, and Skin Care Specialists.
  • Implement all promotional and merchandising programs
  • Weekly analyze business, take corrective action to get results.
  • Recruit, schedule, train, and motivate Retail Sales Coordinators.
  • Train and motivate Store Fragrance Advisors.
  • Responsible for driving retail sales to meet sales objectives.
  • Recruit, hire, manage, motivate, and track performance of Clarins Skin Care Specialists and Team Clarins Account Development Specialists
  • Plan and coordinate special events (from the menu provided) and promotions. Negotiate event terms with retailer. Establish goals and track performance.
  • Partner with store management to achieve targets, resolve issues, and maintain positive relations.

Requirements:

College degree with 1-3 years previous tenure with Clarins or with competitive cosmetics/fragrance company. Strong retail background as well as keen organizational and interpersonal skills required. Math savvy and numbers oriented is essential.
