Los smoothies de Mc.Donalds

Hace algun tiempo escribi sobre los cafes de Mc. Donald. Ahora solo una notita sobre los somoothies y no es que este a favor del junk food pero estos smoothies dizque "real fruit" son absolutamente deliciosos!! tengo que confesar que estoy adicta a ellos en especial despues que me sacaron las muelas del juicio y tuve que dedicarme a una dieta blanda. Ademas olvidense de los precios de los otros somoothies, estos cuestan solo $2,79. Solo dos sabores, quien quiere mas?

In these harsh economic times, when we a producing some of the lowest numbers of income that any of us have ever lived through there are still those people who cannot even afford the most simple school utensils. Children all over the metroplex and the nation are affected as the economy limits their educational potential.

Please help provide an needy child with brand new school materials too begin the 2010 academic year. Your partnership with MAS can offer these children hope for a brighter tomorrow.

Now in its 10th year, our annual Back to School Program is an exciting event for Dallas-area children. Through a community drive, we provide new backpacks filled with school supplies and new school uniforms children who live in the areas of Dallas, Plano, Irving, Richardson, and Arlington. Last year we were able to bring joy to 600 children, and our goal this year is to provide backpacks to 1000.

There are two ways to sponsor a child and provide a new backpack filled with school supplies:

A. Your donation of $65 will permit us to purchase a new backpack and stuff it with the necessary supplies. Your cash donation is tax-deductible.
B. If you'd rather do the shopping yourself, you can purchase a plain backpack (no characters), and fill it with the attached list of supplies.
